Elder Care Resources & Projects

On January 29, 2019 Mitzi McFatrich made a presentation on Understanding & Intervention Older Adults & Dementia to the Sheriffs’ Association in Topeka, KS. Over 100 law enforcement personnel were in attendance.

Informed Consent

If you or a loved-one are living in a nursing facility or assisted living, you have the right to accept or refuse to take anti-psychotic drugs that may have been prescribed. This form is voluntary, as there has not yet been a law passed in Kansas.
